Wiggly the pig was found abandoned and wandering a neighbourhood garden in the Pictou area.
In November 2013, Wiggly seen in someone’s garden in the Pictou area. The man who had taken her in had no interest in her. Fortunately, North Mountain Animal Sanctuary was contacted and Wiggly was rescued. Wiggly has grown into a beautiful 300 pounds of sweetness and curiosity. She is a unique character with a zest for life and communicates her needs, desires and emotions clearly. She spends most of her time outside, enjoying her playground and observing her neighbours in the duck area. She greets human visitors enthusiastically and makes sure that she gets enough snout rubs.
